第二回にあたる今回は、「小さな街の食をつなげる、connecting local food with small city」がテーマです。神奈川県小田原市にて、フレンチレストラン「メシモ」を経営している山本良憲（やまもとよしのり）さんにお話を伺いました。山本さんは東京でソムリエとして活躍し、独立後、山本さんの故郷である小田原で、地元の食材を使ったこだわりレストランを開きました。田舎と都会の生活をつなぐ、山本さんのくらしはどんなものなのでしょうか？メシモを訪れてお話を伺いました。
